Microfiber or yarn? Which team do you support?
Microfiber is for those seeking a soft and comfortable feel, with a hood and zippered pocket to accompany your workout. And yes, it's quality microfiber: feel it before you judge.The cotton towel is for those who say, "Give me a good old-fashioned towel." High-density cross-weave yarn and that feel that makes you feel like you're in a luxury hotel, even if you're standing next to the gym showers.You choose the touch. The attitude comes in both.
How big are they and what do they include?
Both towels measure 50 x 100 cm . Just the right size to take with you without taking up half your house in your backpack.Premium microfiber: 100% microfiber, hood + zip pocket, hand-finished details and toiletry bag included.Linen towel: high-grammage cross-stitched yarn, available in white or black with the phrase ME LA SUDAS® .
How do I take care of my towel so that it can withstand my workouts?
The attitude can be rebellious. When washing, it's best to follow the instructions. Microfiber : Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C , with similar colors and mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener, bleach, or harsh chemicals. Air dry only; do not iron. Yarn: Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C , with similar colors and mild detergent. Avoid excessive use of fabric softener and do not use bleach. Preferably, air dry or tumble dry on low heat. And one rule that applies to both: let your towel dry completely before storing it . Leaving it damp in your backpack until Monday doesn't count as endurance training.
Does my phone work well with the bottle?
The bottle has a magnetic holder to hold your phone while you record yourself, check a routine, or watch your online trainer ask you for another repetition.If your phone or case already has a compatible magnetic mount, you can use it directly. If not, we've included a magnetic washer that you can attach to your phone or case .Make sure it's securely attached before using it: we want videos of your workouts, not your phone falling to the ground.And one clarification: holding the phone is not charging it . The bottle provides the stand; you bring the battery.

Where do you ship to? Is shipping included?
For now, we're spreading that attitude across the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Standard shipping is not fully included: ME LA SUDAS® pays 50% of the costs and you pay the other 50%.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla?
For now, shipments are available in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands .We will study new areas later.
When will I receive my order?
We usually prepare your order within 24–48 business hours.When it's ready, we'll hand it over to the shipping company and you'll receive the information you need to track it.From the time of dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 24–72 working hours , depending on the destination and the transport company.
What if I need it urgently?

RETURNS

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, within the applicable legal timeframe from the date of receipt of the order. Generally, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the order to notify us that you wish to return it , without needing to provide a reason.Email us at hola@melasudas.com with your order number and we'll tell you how to proceed. Return shipping costs for changes of mind are your responsibility. You can inspect the product as you would in a store. However, using it for three HIIT sessions is another story: the product must be returned unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition, including its original packaging and accessories where applicable .If you'd like to change the model or color, please contact us and we'll review the options. What if it arrives defective or you sent something else?
We don't care about a lot of things. But we do care about your order arriving safely.Email us at hola@melasudas.com with your order number and tell us what's happening. If you can attach photos of the product and packaging, it will help us investigate the issue.If there is a defect or error on our part, we will manage the appropriate solution at no cost to you, including any necessary return shipping costs . We'll cover the return trip as well.

Can personalized towels be returned?
If they have been made according to your specifications or are clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal for change of mind does not apply .That's why we'll review the design with you before producing them.This does not affect your rights if the product arrives defective or does not match the agreement. Adding your logo does not absolve us of responsibility.
